Please note these important details regarding your existing balance:

• Expiration Date is September 30: All current Ponderosa points will officially expire at the end of the day on September 30 when the Pondy rewards program closes.

• No Value in Banking Points: There is no financial benefit to saving points. Point values do not increase as they accrue. You always get maximum value by applying available points to every purchase.

• Automatic Checkout Savings: To ensure you don't lose your valuable rewards, our budtenders will automatically apply your banked points to your order total at checkout during each visit between now and September 30.

Your points are valid for 180 days from the date they’re earned. Points expire on a rolling basis, meaning each point has its own expiration date. For Example: If you earn 100 points on January 1, those 100 points will expire 180 days later if they haven’t been redeemed. If you earn points on a different day, those points will have their own separate 180 day expiration date.
