Rules and Limitations:

  1. Capture a continuous (unedited) video of your shot, showing the initial contact AND proof of the ball going into the whole. The ‘Ace’ must be verified by a witness (over the age of 18) and reported to a club official at the course played.

  2. The hole-in-one must be scored in a stipulated round (at least 9 holes) or tournament format (scramble).

  3. Upload the video to Instagram as a story, tagging @pondyaz in your content. (If you miss your Hole in One shot, upload and tag your video anyway! We’ll send you a coupon code for $15 at Pondy — valid for 60 days after inception)

  4. A member of our social media team will verify your story, and issue a coupon code that can be used to redeem product at Ponderosa Dispensary, 9240 W Northern Ave #103B, Glendale, AZ 85305.

  5. Must be 21 years of age or older.

  6. Winners of the Hole-in-One submission will receive monthly allowance for up to 1 ounce of Sonoran Roots craft cannabis or an equivalent product of their choice.

  7. All submissions are subject to verification by agents of Ponderosa Dispensary and/or Sonoran Roots.

  • Details given on entry to the contest will only be used by Ponderosa and Sonoran Roots in accordance with their privacy policies and as otherwise stated.

  • Ponderosa may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest or these terms and conditions prior to the cessation of the contest for any reason, including for technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failures.

  • By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are governed by the law of the State of Arizona. Ponderosa and all entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of the State of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the contest and submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona, provided that for the exclusive benefit of Ponderosa, they shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of an entrant's residence.
