Terms & Conditions
By entering the Mural Photo Contest hosted by Ponderosa Dispensary, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility:
     Open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older. Entrants must be able to visit the mural located at Ponderosa Dispensary – Flagstaff, AZ. Employees of Ponderosa and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

  2. Entry Requirements:
     To enter, participants must post a publicly visible photo on Instagram or Facebook, tag @PonderosaDispensary, and use the hashtag #PonderosaMural between June 19 and July 31, 2025. One entry per person.

  3. Selection of Winners:
     Entries will be judged by the Ponderosa marketing team based on originality, creativity, visual appeal, and how well the photo connects to the mural’s theme. Judging is final. Three winners will be selected and announced on August 7, 2025 via Ponderosa’s social media platforms.

  4. Prizes:
     Winners will receive a curated prize package including Ponderosa products (21+ only), branded merchandise, and a social media feature. No cash substitutes. Prizes are non-transferable.

  5. Content Rights:
     By submitting your entry, you grant Ponderosa Dispensary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your photo in marketing, promotional, and social media materials, with credit where applicable.

  6. Code of Conduct:
     Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. Ponderosa reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not align with our brand values or contest rules.

  7. Platform Disclaimer:
     This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
